No phone calls, no on-site estimate, and no quote that changes when the truck arrives.

1. Show us what’s going

Request a pickup takes about a minute: where it is, how to get to it, what’s going, 4 photographs and a short walkaround video, and when you’d like it gone.

The photographs are the part that matters. Four sides of the pile and a walk around it — up to 60 seconds — show a hauler volume and access far better than any form. That’s why they’re required rather than optional.

2. Haulers quote

Somebody photographing a garage full of furniture and boxes on their phone — What a hauler sees: your photographs of the space, and nothing else.

Independent haulers near you look at your photographs and each send a price. You see who they are, what they drive, and how they’ve been rated by other customers — and if nobody has rated them yet, we say that rather than inventing a score.

3. Paying

When you choose a quote, your card is charged in full for the amount you accepted. Nothing more is taken unless you approve it first — a price change you agree to mid-job, or a tip you choose to add, is charged separately, so each appears on your statement as its own line.

If you cancel before a hauler has accepted, nothing is charged at all. After that a cancellation fee applies, because a named person has turned down other work for that slot; we tell you the exact figure before you confirm, and the rest of what you paid is refunded.

4. On the day

You can follow the job and message your hauler in the app. When they arrive you see their photograph and the legal name from the ID our team checked, so you can confirm it matches. If it doesn’t, tell us in the app and we step in straight away.

5. Afterwards

Somebody standing in their garage after it has been cleared — Your hauler photographs the space before they leave, so there is a record of how it was left.

Your hauler records where the load went. Confirm the job is done and the payment completes — and if you never get round to it, we confirm it for you after 24 hours so your hauler isn’t left waiting.
