What we use your number for

When you ask for a JEMA Move website link by text, we use the phone number you provide to send that requested link and honor your messaging choices. Agreeing to that one text does not enroll you in recurring messages or other marketing.

Who handles the message

We send your number and the message to Twilio, our messaging service provider, and the carriers involved in delivery. They process that information to deliver messages and manage messaging preferences.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers receive only the information needed to deliver and support this messaging service.

Consent and sending records

Staff confirm that you requested the text before sending. JEMA Move keeps a limited record of the staff member, time, selected website, sending outcome, last four digits, and a protected identifier derived from the recipient’s number. This helps us prevent duplicate sends, investigate problems, and honor opt-outs. The invitation record does not contain your full phone number. Twilio processes the full number for messaging.

Your choices
